The Greenfair Village Design Concept will be submitted to the City of Sacramento for review. This step will also initiate the start of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and the traffic study. The results of these processes will be available in 2007. Community members will be notified of opportunities to share feedback on the results of the traffic study and the EIR.
Approximately 40 residents, neighbors and community leaders attended the community workshop on October 25, 2006. During the workshop, participants reviewed the Greenfair Village design concept and discussed potential options for amenities and open space. For more information check out the workshop summary!
